Tom Shear, of Assemblage 23, writes: An anonymous team has made an open-source emulation of the DSP chip that ran the Virus B/C and a ton of other 90's virtual analogs. Right now, the only one they have working is the Virus, but it really works. A handful of sounds don't seem to translate correctly, but 99% of everything sounds just like the real deal. Highly recommend it!
